So I put together what is basically a golden sour called Funky French Kiss ( https://www.brewtoad.com/recipes/funky-french-kiss ). It calls for a 1.5 OZ dry hop blend of NZ hops. Since this beer has Omega All the Bretts in the secondary I figured that the big funkiness of this beer would easily handle this big dry hop addition. It did not. Hard lesson learned...be JUDICIOUS with your dry hop additions! Just because that big ass addition was good in your last beer, doesn't mean a similar one will be good in this beer. At this point I hope this mellows out a bit because, this was going to turn out quite nice. Bottom line.....with brewing, every day is a school day.
